Gracie Hunt and fiancé Derek Green celebrated an extravagant engagement party before debriefing in the place they met at Arrowhead Stadium.

Hunt, the daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt and one day set to inherit the NFL franchise, announced her engagement on April 4.

She is set to marry the 26-year-old son of Trent Green, the former Super Bowl champion quarterback who played for the Chiefs, and gathered their loved ones to celebrate.

Hunt dazzled in a white dress as she shared a clip of the couple standing together overlooking the field from a suite at the Chiefs stadium. They were holding hands and sharing a kiss in a private moment away from the party.

‘Engagement party debrief in the place where we met,’ Gracie wrote over the video.

In the caption of the post, she added, ‘Of all the places, all the moments — God wrote our story to begin right here. So grateful to have come back to this stadium engaged, surrounded by the people we love.’

Her mom, Tavia Hunt, wrote in the comments: ‘Love you two SO MUCH!!’

Gracie shared a number of pictures from the event, including the couple posing with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid and general manager Brett Veach.

Another highlight showed her and Derek standing arm in arm with loved ones looking on.

‘Thank you for the most beautiful and unforgettable engagement party — we feel so incredibly loved and celebrated,’ she wrote.

She referred to another photo as ‘The bridal era glow’ as she posed on a balcony in her white dress.

The couple hard-launched their romance in May 2025, before Hunt revealed they had been ‘friends since 2017’ having reconnected after knowing each other since childhood.

‘Derek and I have known each other our whole lives,’ Hunt told People.

‘We would actually play together as babies during the Chiefs’ Christmas parties every year, and then we reconnected as adults in 2017 and met on the sidelines pregame. We reconnected in early March and have been inseparable ever since.’

Hunt has remained heavily involved and invested in the Chiefs, regularly attending games and previously saying ‘Chiefs Kingdom is becoming the world’s team’.

Last off-season, she underlined how she regroups away from football before things get up and running again.

‘Every offseason, my goal is to grow my faith, spend quality time with my family and friends, explore new business opportunities, and spend time in nature to recharge,’ she said. ‘That way, I’m ready to give my best in the upcoming season.

‘I don’t really ever truly stop thinking about football. In its absence, the heart does grow fonder… and obviously, everyone in the offices in Kansas City never stops thinking about football.’
