Olivia Wilde posed up a storm at the Fashion Trust US Awards in Los Angeles on Tuesday night – but fans were quick to notice her physique.

The 42-year-old actress showcased her chiseled midriff in a white crop top with thin straps, which she paired with a floor-length black skirt that sat on her hips.

She accessorized with a black wrap that showed off her bony shoulders and a gold chain necklace, with her hair left loose around her face.

But while the star has always had a slim frame, her sleek look sparked a round of internet Ozempic rumors, with fans suspecting Wilde had been taking weight-loss drugs.

‘Holy Ozempic,’ one user declared.

‘I love watching the summer Ozempics,’ wrote another.

‘Why did she even need to lose weight?’ asked someone else, while another wrote: ‘Ozempic strikes again.’

Other viewers suggested the actress had potentially undergone buccal fat removal – a cosmetic procedure that surgically reduces the fat pads in the lower cheeks and contours the face to create a slimmer appearance.

The Daily Mail contacted Wilde’s representatives for comment.

The star has always been in shape, often spotted showing off her toned figure in workout clothing on the way to the gym.

Last month, Wilde turned heads for a different reason, showing off her figure in a plunging catsuit for Paris Fashion Week.

Wilde opted to go braless in the catsuit, which plunged all the way to the navel and showed off her slender figure.

She teamed the look with sunglasses, a tailored black coat and heels.

The Don’t Worry Darling star appeared in high spirits as she made her way to dinner with friends.

Wilde was also spotted in Paris with her rumored boyfriend, art dealer Caspar Jopling, after they were spotted on a romantic stroll together in London last October.

The couple had their first official outing together when they attended W Magazine’s New York Fashion Week party in late February.

Just a week before, they spent three hours having a meal and drinking red wine at Notting Hill’s The Pelican before sharing a passionate embrace outside the west London restaurant.

The House actress was previously engaged to actor and comedian Jason Sudeikis before they ended their longtime romance in November 2020 after eight years together.

They have two children, Otis Alexander, 11, and Daisy Josephine, nine.

She also dated singer Harry Styles, 32, and the pair split in 2022 after a two-year romance.
