Lopez and his wife Courtney share three kids, daughter Gia and sons Dominic and Santino
Mario Lopez has been in our lives since he was a kid; now, the actor has a family of his own.

Lopez married his wife Courtney in 2012. The pair met in 2008 while working on the Broadway revival of A Chorus Line. While Mario was immediately smitten, Courtney took a minute to warm up. “I saw her perform, and she sings and dances and [she’s] really talented which is very attractive, but she was not trying to give me any time or show me any love,” he said in a 2017 YouTube video posted on the Lopez family’s channel. They would schedule their first date months after their initial meeting, and though Courtney bailed on the first one, their second one was a go, and the rest is history.
The couple welcomed daughter Gia Francesca, in 2010 before tying the knot in Punta Mita, Mexico, in December 2012. They would add to their family with sons Dominic Luciano and Santino Rafael, born in 2013 and 2019, respectively.
“I have to admit that I smother my kids — it is the best part of being a dad,” Lopez previously told PEOPLE of being a dad. “No matter what drama I deal with at work, when I get home and hear them scream, ‘Daddy!’ I forget whatever it was I was stressed about.”
