Megan Fox stars in new erectile dysfunction ad: ‘I personally feel like maybe I was born for this’
Megan Fox is taking on a new role, and it’s one she says she was destined to play.
The 40-year-old actress is starring in a campaign for Ro Health targeting erectile dysfunction, otherwise known as ED. Titled Ro Sparks, the prescription treatment aims to help men with intimacy challenges.

Speaking to People about the new gig, Fox said, “I personally feel like maybe I was born for this.”
“There’s not a better person to have been involved in this,” the Jennifer’s Body star added.
Fox donned a skintight red catsuit for the campaign, reminiscent of Britney Spears‘ iconic “Oops!… I Did It Again” look, emblazoned with the Ro Sparks logo.
In the commercial, she took on the role of the medication in human form, highlighting all of its perks for men and listing some of the active ingredients in Ro Sparks, including sildenafil and tadalafil, which are also found in Viagra and Cialis.
“I stay in your system, ready to go, for up to 36 hours,” Fox said in the ad. “I dissolve under your tongue — that’s for speed — and tadalafil lasts for hours, and hours.”
“If prescribed, I show up right at your door,” she continued, before adding: “Don’t worry, my packaging is very discreet.”
As for why she wanted to participate in the campaign, which she called packed with “jokes and the innuendos,” Fox told People she wanted to reduce some of the stigma around a subject that is otherwise taboo.
“Why take something that is already a heavy topic and make it heavier?” Fox added. “It already feels serious, so let it feel fun.”
The mom of four also acknowledged that challenges in the bedroom are perfectly normal, telling the outlet that anyone who has been married or in a long-term relationship knows that intimacy has its “peaks and valleys.”
“When it’s in those valleys, the conversations are very important. Transparency is very important, and your ability to support your partner and help them feel comfortable speaking about these things is very important as well,” Fox, who shares children with exes Brian Austin Green and Machine Gun Kelly, maintained.
“You’re not defective. Something’s not wrong with you,” she said in the People story, speaking directly to men struggling with ED. “You can talk about this. You don’t have to hide it.”
Fox also said that at the end of the day, when it comes to finding a solution to the very common medical condition, men and women are “on the same team.”
“We want the same thing. Let’s do this together,” Fox implored.
