“Barbarity”: Macron reacts to Russian strike on National Academy of Sciences building in Kyiv
French President Emmanuel Macron has condemned Russia’s strike on the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kyiv, highlighting the increasing “barbarity” of the Russians’ daily attacks on Ukraine’s civilian population.
