Hayden Panettiere‘s boyfriend was slurring his words in some bizarre videos he posted to social media months before the actress died with him in the room.

We’ve obtained videos Brian Hickerson previously shared to his Instagram story from May and June of this year … including one in which he imitated a woman — one whom he wouldn’t name — telling him he sounded drunk.

He then goes through the process of posting a song to social media … after seemingly acknowledging and disregarding copyright laws.

Another clip he posted shows Brian going through a drive-thru … asking a worker there if the customer in front of him was hot — and getting the details on her order.

In the clip, he says he hit on a worker at the fast-food joint who he says informed him she was only 17 years old … so he kept on driving.

Check out the video for yourself to hear the story and see Brian’s mannerisms … he seems preoccupied and distracted — though that could be because he’s driving in the clip.As you know … Brian was asleep in another room Sunday when Hayden was found unresponsive by his brother, Zach. Cops said Brian became very emotional when Hayden was pronounced dead.

Brian released a statement through his lawyer after Hayden’s passing … though he didn’t say much.

An investigation has been opened into the death … and the Drug Enforcement Administration is involved.
