Horror as Texas mom allegedly stabs her husband and two young kids inside home
A Texas mother of two is now facing attempted murder charges after she allegedly attacked her husband and young children with a knife before sunrise.
Police were first alerted when a 34-year-old man placed a 911 call at 4.30am, claiming he had been stabbed by his wife.
First responders arrived at the home in the 1200 block of Daylily Drive, and quickly detained Holly Flores, 37, after they discovered her husband, 34, with a stab wound to the head.

Officers also found a three-year-old girl and a 10-month-old boy in the home, both with stab wounds to the chest.
Flores, her husband and their two children were all rushed to the hospital.
‘Very, very heartbreaking when we have to respond to a traumatic event such as this,’ Northlake Police Chief Robert Crawford said during a Tuesday press conference.
‘Just prayers for the family and for our officers as well. You know, most people don’t see tragedies like this in a lifetime.’
Flores has since been released from the hospital and is now in custody at Denton County Jail. She is charged with attempted capital murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The husband and children are still hospitalized with family by their side, Northlake Police Chief Robert Crawford said during a Tuesday press conference.
While the severity of their injuries is unclear, Crawford said they are all expected to survive.
‘I don’t believe they’re life-threatening. They’re still in hospital for observation, but I believe they are going to be okay,’ Crawford said to reporters on Tuesday.
Crawford also said that Flores has not given arresting officers any information about the incident.
‘She’s more just in a, um, a stare, just not really saying a whole lot,’ Crawford said.
