Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann‘s 15-year-old son, Kroy Jr., has reportedly been arrested on sexual assault charges involving a female classmate.

According to a report from TMZ published on Friday, August 21, Kroy Jr. was arrested on Monday, August 17, on charges of aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery. He remains in police custody.

The charges stem from an alleged incident at a gym near Kroy Jr. and the girl’s school. According to the court documents obtained by the outlet, police were called to North Fulton Hospital on April 24 following a report of a sexual assault that allegedly occurred the previous day.

According to the police report, the girl said she ran into Kroy Jr. while she was at the gym and the two eventually went into a coed sauna together.

The girl claimed Kroy Jr. began touching her and continued to do so after she told him no. She also accused him of forcing her to put her mouth on his private parts and digitally penetrating her.

Police launched an investigation into the allegations, and an officer began trying to get in touch with Kroy Sr., 40, on May 14. The officer reportedly spoke to the former NFL star four days later on May 18. Kroy Sr. then reportedly told the officer he would discuss the situation with Zolciak, 48.

The police report also noted that the girl underwent an examination at the hospital following the alleged incident, but doctors didn’t find evidence of male DNA in her mouth or genitals.

Currently, there is no information available publicly regarding if a bond has been set.
