A South Carolina mom has been arrested for allegedly allowing several men to sexually assault her two young daughters in exchange for money and drugs.

Helena Nichole Hoyle, 27, was arrested by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office on August 14 for two counts of trafficking persons and two counts of child neglect.

Her daughters, ages four and seven, were interviewed by deputies and said they both had been sexually assaulted several times by unidentified men, an affidavit seen by the Daily Mail stated.

Investigators first learned of the allegations against Hoyle while investigating a report of a sexual assault on a seven-year-old.

The child revealed during an interview that she and her little sister had been repeated victims of sexual assaults by different men, according to the affidavit.

The younger sister also allegedly told police she witnessed her older sister being sexually assaulted.

Police wrote that the younger girl had ‘limited ability to articulate specific details about the assaults’ but she ‘corroborated significant aspects’ of the alleged abuse.

Hoyle is alleged to have been in the room at least one time while one of the children was being assaulted, sitting on the floor scrolling TikTok on her phone.

As well as the alleged sexual abuse, the children also described their squalid living situation.

One of the young victims said that she chipped a tooth and was never taken to the dentist to get it fixed, the affidavit said.

In their kitchen, dirty dishes were never washed and were kept in the sink – and there was no running water in the home, the victim told police, according to the document.

One of the girls allegedly told police that she did not brush her teeth or shower, and went to sleep dirty.

There was no bathroom, and the girls were made to relieve themselves in a bucket, the affidavit said.

Hoyle was booked into the Berkeley County Jail and her bail was set at $250,000.

She appeared teary-eyed and frowning in her mugshot.
