More details on Milania Giudice‘s run-in with authorities at the Tampa International Airport on Wednesday, Sept. 23, have been revealed.

According to TMZ, Milania’s mom, Teresa Giudice, told police in an airport elevator that Milania, 20, recently had fentanyl in her system. Milania could be heard in body cam footage obtained by TMZ, explaining that she was “laced.”

While it’s unclear when exactly Milania allegedly had fentanyl in her system, Teresa clarified to police that the drug was detected in Milania’s body sometime before she was treated at a mental health facility under Florida’s Baker Act.

According to the Florida Department of Children and Families, the Baker Act “focuses on crisis services for individuals with mental illness, much like an emergency department is for individuals experiencing a medical emergency.”

Milania was treated at St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, in the days leading up to the airport incident last Wednesday. While at the Tampa International Airport, she ran away from her mom, Teresa, and older sister, Gia Giudice. In body cam footage obtained by TMZ, Teresa could be heard pleading with Milania, “I want to save your life.”

Before public knowledge of any mental health treatment, Milania was arrested on May 14 following a domestic dispute at her family’s New Jersey residence, Page Six reported. The reality TV star’s childhood friend Victoria Zardoya also died unexpectedly on July 27.

Milania’s representative, Maria DeSantis, shared a statement on behalf of the Giudice family, asking the public for privacy, TMZ reported. “Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends,” adding that she is “under the care of professionals” as she manages “an incredibly difficult time.”
