Ukraine’s Air Force warned that an enemy drone was moving south of the town of Horodok in Khmelnytskyi Oblast toward Ternopil Oblast.

Ternopil Regional Military Administration head Taras Pastukh also reported that a jet-powered drone was heading toward Ternopil Oblast on a course toward the city of Ternopil and urged residents to immediately take shelter.

Earlier, Russian forces attacked a railway infrastructure facility in Vinnytsia Oblast on Sept. 29. The damage left more than 15,000 consumers without electricity.

In addition, missile debris fell in the courtyard of a residential building in Kyiv’s Solomianskyi district. An administrative building and one of the buildings of an educational institution were also struck, sparking a fire.

In the Pecherskyi district, a fire broke out in a three-story nonresidential building.
