Jacksonville Jaguars’ two-way star Travis Hunter looks noticeably different heading into his second NFL season.

Hunter was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, with the Jaguars selecting the 2024 Heisman Trophy winner as a potential two-way threat on both sides of the field.

While Hunter still looks to prove that developing him on both offense and defense can be fruitful for the Jaguars, his commitment to his body reflects his desire to keep improving.

ESPN’s SportsCenter shared a comparison of Hunter’s body from Year 1 to Year 2, with his picture during 2026 training camp looking noticeably bigger.

Fans were quite surprised to see such a dramatic change.

“I hate to say it, but Deion’s been failing all them boys… They get big when they leave Colorado,” said one fan about Hunter’s transformation.

“How bad is that Colorado S&C staff?” asked another fan while criticising his college.

“Yeah, he bulked up nicely, and that extra size should help him battle through contact better on both sides of the ball,” said another fan.

“Stop the cap,” said one fan who believes ESPN shared an edited photo to make rookie Hunter look smaller than he actually was.

“I don’t get why no media is talking about how one arm is easily more muscular than the other,” said one fan who questioned the lack of consistency in the Year 2 picture.

Hunter primarily plays as a wide receiver on offense for the Jaguars, but he has also gotten opportunities at cornerback on the defensive end.

Hunter recorded 298 yards in seven appearances on offense as a rookie, converting one TD. He received limited minutes on defense, failing to register a single sack, but showing potential with 15 tackles and strong coverage.

Hopefully, his growth in physical stature can help him have an even more productive second season in the NFL.
