Trump staffer booted from NBA game
The Washington Wizards opened their much-anticipated NBA season with a win, but Trump staffer Britt McHenry didn’t see it all.
McHenry was in attendance for the start of the game between the Wizards and Milwaukee Bucks Wednesday night, but the former Fox News and ESPN host was forced to leave Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., early after a heated incident with fans.

According to Page Six, McHenry and a friend were sitting in front of a group of fans who became loud and obnoxious. After they allegedly began heckling former Wizard and current Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma, McHenry supposedly asked the fans to “ease up,” which prompted them to redirect their attention toward her.
A source told Page Six that one of the fans escalated the situation by saying misogynistic things to McHenry before throwing a drink at the current Trump administration press adviser. McHenry retaliated by doing the same thing. Security later arrived to escort McHenry from the stands, allegedly removing the fan who threw a drink at her as well. The video shows McHenry had a drink thrown at her while leaving the seat, which led the former Fox News host to grab a beverage and toss it back at the fan, spawning a sort of food fight with several items being sent in her direction. But according to one witness who shared the above video, McHenry also threw a burger at a fan before people began recording the incident.
Page Six claims McHenry was escorted out of the arena. Although the video shows her walking out of the arena with security, TMZ reported McHenry wasn’t kicked out, alleging she opted to leave while her friend went back to their seats.
ESPN infamously suspended McHenry for one week after she was caught on video berating a tow company employee. She has since claimed the tow truck company’s publicly released video was “highly edited” and “highly doctored.”
