As President Donald Trump signed an executive order upending the federal guidance for childhood vaccines, social media was more focused on a woman standing behind him during the announcement repeatedly nodding her head.

On Monday, Trump signed an executive order calling for revamped childhood vaccine recommendations that promote his long-held — and also discredited — theory that childhood shots should be spaced out over several appointments.

However, many social media users were far more interested with Jayme Franklin, the CEO of the conservative media and lifestyle brand The Conservateur and former Trump staffer.

Footage circulating on social media showed a smiling Franklin alongside Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in the Oval Office as the president announced the changes for federal childhood vaccinations.

Franklin could be seen holding her hand over her stomach while repeatedly nodding her head in agreement— actions that seemed to leave some Internet users perplexed, while others opted to nickname her “bobble head.”

“It’s a three ring circus between bobble head bimbo, babbling Bobby and Sleepy Don!” one X user exclaimed while sharing a clip of the announcement.

“Who is this young woman holding her belly as Trump is sleeping and why is she there?” another X user questioned.

Another curious social media user chimed in, asking, “What in the cyborg MAGA fembot shit is going on here?”

“Forget Trump….What is up with the woman holding her stomach???” another commentator added.

Franklin has not publicly acknowledged social media’s response to her appearance, but did write on X that she was “honored” to join the president in the Oval Office for the signing of the executive order.

In a statement to The Independent, she elaborated, “I was honored to join President Trump for the historic Executive Order signing focused on giving parents greater freedom to consult with their pediatricians and make the decisions they believe are best for their children.”

When asked what role Franklin had in the executive order, White House spokesman Kush Desai told The Independent, “Jayme Franklin represents the countless parents whose questions and concerns about America’s childhood vaccine schedule have been either ignored or mocked. President Trump promised to realign America’s vaccine schedule to match those of our peer nations, and his executive order yesterday reflects how the Administration is delivering with Gold Standard Science.”

Before starting her brand, she worked in Republican politics and conservative media, according to her Aspen Ideas profile.

She previously worked as an associate editor and administrative and production assistant for Fox News, where she now appears as a guest commentator.
