The Key She Took Back

Asu Sorai is alone on her first night in her own apartment. She wakes soaked through from a dream she won’t admit she wanted — and before she can talk herself out of it, her hand is already between her legs. She takes it all the way, alone, and it isn’t enough. The heat follows her into the bathroom. Then the lock turns behind her, and there’s a stranger standing in her mirror with a key to her front door. Asu has never asked anyone for anything in her life. Tonight she goes to her knees on her own terms, and he finishes across her face — and when he leaves, the key goes with him, and she still doesn’t know his name.
