Kylie Jenner sells her Hidden Hills mansion for whopping $15 million, takes $5 million price cut

Kylie Jenner has made a major sale.

In Touch can confirm that the 29-year-old reality TV personality sold her mansion in L.A.’s Hidden Hills neighborhood. The Kardashians star sold the 13,234-square-foot property — which boasts eight bedrooms and sits on about 1.4 acres — on Friday, September 11, for $15,300,000, according to the listing viewed by In Touch. Jenner seemingly got about $5 million less than the asking price.

As In Touch reported in March, the Kylie Cosmetics founder listed the home for $20.25 million, a decade after she purchased it for just over $12 million in 2016.

The property features a private theater, gym, game room, pool and spa, a six-car garage and an attached guest suite.

While speaking about the Cape Cod–style mansion in 2019 with Architectural Digest, Jenner explained, “I wanted to go to the next level of fun and color and just pretty much an expression of myself,” and opted to work with designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

“I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling,” Jenner said. “Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!”

The social media star is also working to sell another of her pads. In December, she put her Holmby Hills property — which she initially bought for $36.5 million in 2020 — on the market for $48 million, per Realtor.com. However, she had no luck selling, so she reduced the price by $10 million in June.
