Bar accused of selling booze to Jane Doe in ‘Cornell 7’ alleged gang rape case fires back at lawsuit

The Ithaca bar accused of serving booze to the woman in the explosive “Cornell 7” case “to the point of visible intoxication” before she was allegedly gang-raped has denied giving her any alcohol.

The alleged victim claimed in a lawsuit she filed against Moonies Bar and Nightclub, Cornell University and seven frat brothers last month that she was served there during a sorority event despite being drunk from the numerous shots she’d taken earlier at her sorority.

Here’s the latest on the ‘Cornell 7’ frat probe:

She also was 20, or a year below New York’s legal drinking age — and she has said her hand was even marked by the bar to indicate she was too young to consume alcohol.

But Moonies fired back at her claims in a court filing of its own, denying it served her any alcohol, much less  “sold or furnished alcoholic beverages to any visibly intoxicated person,” according to TMZ.

The woman has accused the seven fraternity members of being involved in a horrific attack that night in October 2024 in which she was drugged and raped by multiple men.
