Mia Goth has officially filed to divorce Shia LaBeouf.

The 32-year-old The Odyssey actress filed the divorce documents on Tuesday night (October 6).

Mia Goth listed “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for filing the divorce in her marriage to Shia.

In the divorce documents, Mia had to list the date of separation. She filled in July 28, 2025 as the official date, per TMZ.

In addition, she wants primary custody of their daughter, and she does not want either party to be able to get spousal support.

If you are not aware, Mia and Shia, 40, got married in 2016 and welcomed their first child, a daughter named Isabel, in 2022.
