New details have emerged after Milania Giudice concerned fans by allegedly sharing a video showing a tense moment between herself, mom Teresa Giudice and sister Gia Giudice to social media.

Law enforcement sources in Florida told The U.S. Sun that the 20-year-old “suddenly took off” and “ran away” from her family at Tampa International Airport around 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23. According to the report, “multiple females said they needed police ASAP” after the young reality TV star ran from her mom, sister and “a counselor.”

According to a dispatch log obtained by TMZ, authorities were told she was experiencing “suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown” and had just been released from St. Anthony’s Hospital in nearby St. Petersburg. She was reportedly running toward long-term parking.

The log also referred to a possible Baker Act situation, which is when an individual, usually experiencing mental illness, is taken to a facility for an involuntary examination.

She was located about 12 minutes after authorities were notified, and the group got on a plane together with no arrest, medical transport, or police report.

It’s unclear whether this alleged incident happened before or after a video of the family, which has since gone viral, was filmed.

The source of the video has not been verified, but footage circulating online — allegedly taken by Milania and posted to her Instagram page on Wednesday, September 23 before it was deleted — showed her putting her phone in her mom and sister’s faces during an outing.

“This is what we do now, everybody, this is what we do,” she repeatedly said to them in the video while the trio were surrounded by police officers.

“I love you,” Teresa, 54, continually replied to her daughter while staring at her, as a frustrated Gia, 25, added, “Let her do what she wants.”

The video ended with Milania telling them, “Shut the [expletive] up.”

The TikTok account that initially shared the footage has since deleted the video and made its profile private.

The concerning video comes after Milania was arrested in May following an alleged domestic altercation at her mother’s New Jersey home. According to a report from Page Six, she was charged with a disorderly persons offense after allegedly striking a person identified as L.R. in the forehead. She pleaded not guilty.

She later appeared virtually in a New Jersey municipal court hearing on August 11, where her attorney said she had enrolled in anger management classes.

The move came after prosecutors requested that her hearing be postponed to allow her time to complete the course. Her next court date is scheduled for September 29.

Milania later addressed the situation on TikTok, saying she was going through a difficult period and wanted to learn and grow from the experience. She also pushed back against an AI-generated fake mugshot that circulated online.

As In Touch previously reported, Milania continues to mourn the death of her childhood friend Victoria Zardoya, who died in July following a fall in Florida. Giudice has honored her friend publicly, including with a “Baby V” tattoo.
