The writer and film producer also famously played Diane Norris in Mark L Lester’s action-thriller Class of 1984 (1982), alongside Perry King and Roddy McDowall.Her other roles included The Lucifer Complex (1978), where she starred with Robert Vaughn, and Love at First Bite (1979). Ross was also a regular on the long-running soap opera General Hospital, where she starred as Emma Lutz. She is also the mother of the late actor Byron Fox, best known for his role as Danny Kessler on the Disney TV show Lizzie McGuire, who died in 2008 at the age of 22.Ross has since pivoted her career into holistic wellness advocacy, and has penned nine books, including her latest spiritual self-help title, Beverly Hills Shaman: BE Real, Heal, Laugh, Love, which hit shelves on May 6.
